Jania Stout, Managing Director, Co-Founder of Fiduciary Plan Advisors, brings over 22 years of experience in ERISA plan consulting to her role as Practice Leader.
Her team advises close to 6 billion in retirement plan assets covering over 100,000 employees. She was named the 2016 Plan Adviser of the Year by Plan Sponsor Magazine and Past President for National Association of Plan Advisors (NAPA).
Ms. Stout was elected President of National Association of Plan Advisors in 2019. The Council is charged with setting the strategic direction and making policy decisions on all matters related to NAPA’s mission. Ms. Stout was asked to testify in front of Congress in the summer of 2017 to speak as a Retirement Expert. She has also met with the DOL in the Spring of 2016 to provide her thoughts and opinions about the pending (at the time) Fiduciary Regulation. Ms. Stout is a National speaker on topics regarding Financial Wellness and Prioritizing Goals. She has been featured in the Washington Post, Investment News, Benefits Magazine, RIA Biz and Plan Sponsor Magazine. Peter Godfrey is Vice President of Retirement Plans at Fiduciary Plan Advisors. He specializes in delivering objective fiduciary investment advice and retirement plan consulting to sponsors of defined contribution and defined benefit plans.
Peter’s 20+ years of experience in retirement plan and investment consulting provides him with a broad base of knowledge to bring industry best practices to his clients and their employees. His passion is building relationships based on trust and integrity as he serves in a fiduciary capacity.
Peter earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from James Madison University. He holds his Certified Financial Planner™ (CFP™) designation. Peter also holds the Accredited Investment Fiduciary designation (AIF), and the Certified Plan Fiduciary Advisor designation (CPFA).
Peter is married with three grown children and resides with his wife in Severna Park, MD. He currently serves as an Elder at Bay Area Community Church in Annapolis, MD and on the board of Undying Hope International, a Maryland non-profit corporation.

Michael Markovic is a Retirement Plan Consultant at Fiduciary Plan Advisors. Michael brings 30 years of experience as an ERISA Paralegal, a Retirement Plan Administrator, a Benefits Manager and an Investment Consultant.
Michael works with clients to help them meet their fiduciary requirements by maintaining their retirement plans as well as providing individual and group employee meetings. He is committed to providing personal, responsive service while informing and educating clients and their participants.
Michael earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Delaware. He has also completed post-graduate studies at the Philadelphia Institute for Employee Benefits Training. Michael holds the Series 7, 63 and 65 licenses.
Outside of the office, Michael sits on the Paralegal Advisory Board for Stevenson University and enjoys coaching lacrosse, grilling/smoking while tailgating and sampling wines.

Courtney Sindelar serves as Senior Plan Advisor with Fiduciary Plan Advisors. With more than 15 years of experience, Courtney has worked on the provider and the advisor side of the industry, giving her a broad perspective to bring to the plan sponsor’s experience.
Courtney focuses on plan consultation and investment advisory services. Her goal is to ensure each client maintains a strong retirement program that empowers their employees to retire on time and with an adequate retirement benefit.
Prior to this role, Courtney served as a Retirement Plan Consultant for The Meltzer Group, where her responsibilities included advising plan sponsors on their defined contribution and defined benefit plans, structuring sound retirement plans for clients and their employees, conducting full scope fiduciary investment reviews, keeping clients up-to-date with all compliance regulations, and helping structure education campaigns for plan participants. In addition to her Consultation role, she has also acted in a business development role for The Meltzer Group. Courtney also served as an Account Executive for the Principal Financial Group, where she learned about plan design, plan compliance and the importance of employee education. She also holds the Series 66.
Courtney earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and Communications from Eastern Michigan University, where she played four years at the Division 1 University as a Varsity Soccer Scholarship Student Athlete. She holds the Series 7, as well as Life and Health licenses.
In her free time, Courtney enjoys playing soccer in adult leagues and traveling the world.
Helane Moskovich is a Retirement Plan Consultant at Fiduciary Plan Advisors. Helane brings more than 28 years of pension consulting experience to the team.
Helane’s primary responsibilities include delivering consulting services and managing client relationships. Specifically, she focuses on plan document and process reviews, provider transition, project management, and plan design analysis.
Prior to this role, Helane was a Consulting Actuary with CBIZ Benefits and Insurance Services, Mercer, Buck Consultants, and Aon Consulting.
Helane graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Johns Hopkins University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics. She is an Associate of the Society of Actuaries, an Enrolled Actuary, a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries and a Member of the American Society of Pension Professionals & Actuaries.
Helane currently lives in Pikesville, Maryland with her husband, Yaki. They are extremely proud of their daughter, Danielle.

Abby Bond is a financial advisor with Fiduciary Plan Advisors. Her role is to communicate regularly with the employees in the retirement plans we advise, while at the same time educating them on what she sees as their financial needs and the reality of their retirement preparedness.
Prior to this role, Abby spent over 20 years as a financial advisor for participants in 501(c)(3) organization retirement plans. Before that, she worked in the cash management area in commercial banking.
Abby earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from SUNY at New Paltz. She holds series licenses 63 and 65, in addition to life and health insurance licenses.
Abby is married with three grown children and resides in Towson, Maryland with her husband, Nelson.

Keith Huber leads Fiduciary Plan Advisors’ participant education practice, which complements our holistic approach to helping plan sponsors navigate through their company retirement plans. Keith’s role is to ensure that the participants of the plan receive financial wellness coaching inclusive of budgeting, goals prioritization and saving for retirement and emergency funds. Keith earned his Bachelor of Science degree with a Concentration in Finance from Towson University. He is a Certified Financial Planner™, FINRA Series 65 licensed, and Life & Health insurance licensed. Prior to this role, Keith spent time analyzing securities for a financial planning team with Merrill Lynch.

Linda Berman provides ongoing consulting services for Fiduciary Plan Advisors. In this capacity, she has assists clients with a broad spectrum of assignments for both qualified and non-qualified retirement plans, including the design, development and implementation of plans; employee communication efforts; compliance testing and correction; resolution of problems with the Internal Revenue Service and the Department of Labor; and administration of defined benefit plan terminations.
Ms. Berman has more than 30 years of experience in the retirement planning field. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Illinois Wesleyan University and two Masters Degrees from The Johns Hopkins University. She is a Certified Employee Benefits Specialist and an Enrolled Retirement Plan Agent with the Internal Revenue Service. She is also an experienced and effective presenter, trainer and teacher, most recently as an associate professor at Villa Julie College (now Stevenson University), where for several years she taught an undergraduate course in retirement plan law.

Katherine Golladay helps support Fiduciary Plan Advisors’ participant education program, which is a key component of FPA’s mission to Help Working America Feel Less Stressed and Be Happy. Katherine works directly with Plan participants to ensure they receive the holistic support they need to reach their retirement goals. Katherine provides financial wellness coaching and guides participants through their retirement plan as well as helps them navigate other components of their financial lives including debt management and where to spend “next best dollar”.
Katherine graduated Cum Laude from the University of Maryland Honors College with a degree in Environmental Science and a concentration in Politics and Policy. She holds her Series 65 license.
